SUSTAINABILITY CLASSES
We offer hands on experience in sustainable agriculture from spring planting through harvest and apple orchard care. We offer animal husbandry allowing for the dignity of the animal and of the keeper. We offer classes in food preparation, canning, and other means of self-sustaining activities. We also offer alternative building techniques such as straw-clay, earthen plasters, and cob. These classes are offered free of charge at Echo Valley Farm (click here for directions), Ontario, Wisconsin (unless otherwise noted).
Please visit our Events page for classes taught by special guests.

Classes may be rescheduled due to weather, so check back often. Call for more information and to register: 608-337-4871.
